Instructions for Machine Tool Parts Orders
Concept realizes parts break when you have a deadline and you run out of coolant when it is least expected. Requests for overnight service may be accommodated for items that are in stock depending on time constraints for packaging and shipment.
To ensure a prompt response all requests for Machine Tool Parts must include the Machine Model and Serial Number. Please provide part numbers and descriptions if possible. If a part number is not available, we need a detailed description and pictures of what part is needed, and pictures of where it is located on the machine. Submit all your information here.
