MGS Mfg. Group, Inc. is a global manufacturer in the plastics industry, specializing in tooling and injection molding technologies to produce parts for their global customers. Challenge
The MGS maintenance team is tasked with both preventive maintenance and ongoing service for a wide range of machines on the manufacturing floor. One of the key drivers to our success is ensuring that our machines are always up and running so we keep customers and employees happy,” explains MGS Facilities and Toolroom Equipment Manager, Dale Prunty.

It provides me confidence knowing that they always send someone well-versed on the specific machine, who will identify issues we wouldn’t even see coming,” explains Prunty. “I call on them to service all different kinds of equipment, whether or not we bought it from them.” Concept also provides hands-on, real-world training on new machines so that MGS’s operators can get up to speed and start work quickly and effectively.
